I am no longer receiving notifications in my email from website contact form [RESOLVED]

Title says it all…basically a customer uses my contact form, and I receive an email. I noticed this yesterday. I haven’t changed anything, and everything is up to date. Did something happen recently? It was working fine a week ago.
