I can’t figure out how to get the calculations working
I have a form with 16 questions.
Each question can be answered with five values: 0,1,2,3 and 4
The results should add up by values (subtotals).
But most importantly, a total value should come out. So one result for these 16 questions.
I want to make this visible in the confirmation message one sees when submitting the form.

Who can help me so that I can create the code for the calculation. Or who has an example?
