How do I make it easy for people to download entry information that only relates to them?

We use GF to have students sign-up for summer camps. How do I make it possible for coaches to download only the entries for their camp? I can set-up the email notifications as conditional, but that creates hundreds of emails, and doesn’t compile the entries in one download. I can give them the link to click to download, but that gives them all entries, not just their camp entries. Any tried and true suggestions? I’m open to using Office365 Excel or Google Sheets (using tabs) if that is an option. Thanks.

Both GravityKit and Gravity Wiz have plugins that’ll let you filter Gravity Forms entries on front-facing pages, based on the current logged-in user. That’ll let you create a page on your site where the coaches can login and view their specific camp entries:

Both are solid solutions. GravityView’s entire suite is dedicated to displaying entries on the front-end, so it offers more advanced features. But Gravity Wiz’s perk is no slouch either, and handles searching/filtering/viewing/editing entries just fine.
