How do I make a cursor active within the initial field in a Form?

I have a customer that would like their Request a Quote page to have the first field (Name) populate with the active cursor upon page load. Is there a script for that? Within a login page, forms generally do so - but he would like that for any page on his website. Thanks for your input.
