GTM Tag not found on Thank You page

Hi everyone,
I’m facing some issues with GTM and gravity forms.

When using Preview mode, when i go on the contact page, most of the time i have a “Tag not found” message, even if i can see the code on the page.
But, if i target the specific contact url www.domain.com/contact on the GTM preview, everything is working

Then i go back at the home page using the menu : all good.

BUT if i go back to the contact page again, i have the message “GTM tag not found” (and the code is found on the page)

I noticed too that that i have the same “Tag not found” message on the thank you page, so i cannot use this as a trigger for google ads conversions, even if i can find the GTM code on the page

Has anyone manage to track succesfully gravity form submit with GTM ?
