The third-party service that hosts our language translations had an issue with their service which caused the wrong translations to be delivered. This primarily affected the English translations (en_AU and en_UK) but other languages may have been affected. They’ve resolved the issues with all languages and pushed out updates to the impacted translations. Your site should offer to install them when it next checks for translation updates.
If you want to force the installation of the proper translation files, you can follow the steps below:
-
Temporarily change the Site Language setting of your WordPress to English (United States).
-
Using an SFTP client or your web host file manager, delete all the Gravity Forms translation files for your language from
/wp-content/languages/plugins/ -
Change the Site Language setting back to your desired language.
-
Go to Dashboard → Updates to update the translations.
