How can I fix this form to fit 100% width on this frame? and fit 100% on any display (mobile, ipad, desktop)
I read a lot of topic on the forum but it seems not to match my problem currently.

Hello. Can you share a link to the page on your site where we can see the form?
Have you set within each field
Appearance > field size: Large
After changing form field size to Large, it can be corrected. Thanks you
