Finding which pages have a particular form embedded

I have a large site with many different forms. I need to locate which pages have a particular forms embedded within them. How can I do this?

Previous questions in the forum similar to this were solved by recommending the following plugin Gravity Forms Utility - by @gravityplus, but it seems this no longer exists. Is there an alternative plugin or method for searching for forms?
