Cookie Value into Hidden Field

I am able to successfully pass a cookie value into a hidden field in a form, however it is only working with a page is freshly loaded after a cache clear. Once the page has been cached, sometimes the value from the cookie will now in the code’s hidden field value.

I’m using WPRocket and have included all of their exclusions from their Load Deferred JS list. Is there anything else that I need to include in that list to make sure GForm stuff properly loads and/or shows the value of that cookie?
