Not exactly an exciting request… working on a new site for a Dentist and they want to use an online form rather than PDFs for their oral surgery in future.
One key element is that the referring dentist (or patient) should indicate the tooth on a chart similar to below. Ideally the checkbox or buttons would be labelled 1-8 also but this needn’t necessarily be displayed
Any suggestions on creating this, maybe with some css hacks?
This is not something you can do out of the box, not an easy customization either. So I would recommend you to post your request in the Job Board to hire someone to work with you.
