Annual Membership Subscription with Renewal Reminders

We plan to use Gravity Forms for registration and login functionality on our
membership WordPress website. The site includes three user roles—Student, Individual, and Institutional Members—each with a different payment amount processed via the PayFast Gateway.

How can we configure email notifications to:

  1. Automatically send a confirmation email once a member is approved or waiting and payment is completed.

  2. Set up an automated reminder email to notify members about renewing their membership one year later.
