I used to get form notifications and they are no longer being sent although it is all enabled.

I recently started having problems sending notification emails. For some modules they are delivered, for others they do not leave.

“Could not instantiate mail function.” Checked php file and it is good. Emails going to admin but not to person who filled out the form.

Couldn’t receive any notification after the form submission. Not sure where to check the error cause other forms can receive notification just this one.
