Hello, I`m trying to populate a external database based on a form submission, I`m using user registration too. But when the user registration is on the webhook is not processed, not send the data, and even not registering any log. Could you tell me why they can`t work together? ---

Hello @rpavanello. I recommend enabling logging on the site (documentation for that) and then testing this form, and opening a support ticket. Your test will be logged and Gravity Forms support can help you right away: > **[Support | Gravity Forms](https://www.gravityforms.com/support/)** > > We are always here to help. If you have any issues/questions about our plugin, please create a ticket here to get immediate support from our team. Thank you ---
