I have failed payment notifications set up for my subscription forms. Is there a way to view the notifications which are sent? (like a log / a history?) ---

There is no centralized log. I recommend taking a look at this discussion for alternative ways of checking on those email deliveries: > [@Obtain a record of all emails sent by Gravity Forms?](https://community.gravityforms.com/t/obtain-a-record-of-all-emails-sent-by-gravity-forms/4170/8): > > Personally, I’d setup and configure WordPress to use a dedicated SMTP provider like Mailgun, SendJet, or SendinBlue which will keep a log of all email activity passing through its service. It’s a great way to get emails landing in inboxes and keeping track of problems that might occur with mail delivery. ---
