Create a wallet in gravity

Afaik there’s no available solution for this yet. So it would require custom coding: The default payment options (ie. PayPal / Stripe) could be used to add credit to a wallet (saved to WP-user data?) and the custom payment add-on could be used to pay with if there’s enough credit in their wallet.
