# User access to Gravity reporting

Hi,
We have created a user group and would like them to be able to view and export form fill reports. We have turned on all abilities but GF still won’t show for them. Is there a GF settings that restricts access to Admins only? Really don’t want t give a client admin access.

Hi Phil. You will need to give your user’s role the `gravityforms_export_entries` capability. It is shown as “Import/Export” in the Members plugin:

Ok, thanks. We use Ultimate Member so I will work another way out as don’t want another user manager also.

You don’t need to use the Members plugin; I was just mentioning that is how it shows up there. Ultimate Member should show something different. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
