# The Add to Cart button on WooCommerce Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons is not working

Hi everyone,
I am having trouble with the Add to Cart button on WooCommerce Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons which is not working. When you click on the button it does not take you to the Cart page.
Does anyone know why this is? And does anyone have any tips on how to fix this issue?

Hi James. We don’t have any control over that or integration with that in Gravity Forms. That functionality is provided by a third-party plugin, which is available here:

Hi Chris,
Thank you very much for your response.
I assumed that the Add to Cart button in the Gravity forms was a part of Gravity forms? Are you saying that the Add to Cart button is not a part of Gravity forms but is only a part of the WooCommerce Gravity Product Add Ons plugin?
And if nothing is being added to the cart even if in the Gravity form the user is selecting the products and different options could this be an issue with the product not properly attached to the Gravity form? Its very confusing because this form is working on an existing website without any problems. If you select the products then they are added to the cart.

The Add to Cart button is added by the Woocommerce “Gravity Forms Product Add-ons” plugin. I recommend reaching out to them for support. Thank you.
