Hey!! I wanted to see if any other users have been experiencing this same issue or not.
We seem to have been dealing with a bug with the latest couple of releases of the Signature Add-On just not working in Firefox. If you go to a webpage on your site using it and, reload once or twice, it seems that a JS file (…/wp-content/plugins/gravityformssignature/assets/js/dist/scripts-theme.min.js?ver=4.9.0) is causing an error that reads “Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: String contains an invalid character” and refuses to let you sign the area given. We got another user just report this on iOS, but I have yet to test it myself to see if this related.
I’ve opened 2 tickets since we identified the issue in August and the support team does see the issue on their end (clean test site that they created and shared), so I’m just curious if others also see this or not. We are currently now just looking to try and downgrade the plugin to see if that gets around it or not as there’s not been an update just yet.
