# Signature Add-on no longer working \[RESOLVED\]

I recently installed and setup the Signature add-on, which was working fine the day of installation but now it no longer works. There are several errors thrown in the dev console relating to the plugin, which can be viewed here:

The Signature location itself is towards the very bottom of the form, below the Full Name field. We do have a client who has access to these forms, so perhaps something was changed there. However I haven’t been able to fix it or find the root cause for why it suddenly stopped working.

Any suggestions?
