# Sending Emails based upon drop down selection

Hello,

I have bulk loaded a drop down list of pre-defined choices (several hundred offices all over the country). Each of the offices has a different contact email.

What I am trying to do is have a form which enables a user to select one of these offices and get an email sent out to the contact email of that office. I am sure I have crossed this bridge before but am absolutely stuck. Any thoughts or help is greatly appreciated!

Hi Sam. You can use the feature for notifications called Routing:

> Within each Gravity Forms notification, you have the option of configuring additional routing. This is similar to conditional logic, in that different events can cause the notification to go to a different recipient.

There’s no import for the routing rules, so you will need to add those manually, or use the gform\_notification filter to code them:
