# ReCaptcha not showing on mobile

When I go to my form -[https://subeenewlake.com.au/transport-service-coffs/](https://subeenewlake.com.au/transport-service-coffs/) - on a mobile, the Recaptcha doesn’t show up. and the Send button doesnt work.  
Why?

It sounds like there is a conflict with your theme (or possibly a plugin.) You can check for theme and plugin conflicts using these steps:

or if you have a single site (not multi-site network) you can use our Debug add-on to test for theme and plugin conflicts without affecting any site visitors:
