# Random Zoho CRM Feed Error: Feed was not processed because API was not initialized

Hi guys,

Wondering you any of you that use Zoho CRM addon have experienced this error happening randomly?

It doesn’t stop submissions that happen after this error.

Please share if you have any tips to resolve this.

I replied to your ticket about this issue. As I mentioned there reviewing the add-on log identified the reason for the issue as a"cURL error 28" timeout which can be fixed by following the advice in this article:
