# Previous version of my Gravity Form?

I made the dumb mistake of deleting a field from my gravity form and saw the warning about it deleting data… I replaced the field with another field but lost all the data from that field previously.

I was wondering if there is ANY way to retrieve that data at all - either through PHPMy Admin or otherwise?

Hi Danny. When you delete the field, the data is deleted from the database. It’s no longer there. If you have a database backup, you can restore from that. A database backup is your only option for recovering data that was deleted from the database.
