# Multiple choise, label and values

Hi!

I have 10 questions with each 5 answers (only can select 1).

The answer of the questions are with each question different in the “label” but the “value” at each question at the 5 answers is 1. Wood, 2, metal, 3, earth, 4, fire and 5, water.

For example. From the 10 questions somebody said 5 times 1. Wood, 3 times 3.Earth en 2 times 5 Water.

Is it possible that I can show the user immediately the outcome?

So, thank you “user”. The most value you filled in is 1. Wood.
