# If you activate GF eCommerce, the gravityform will not be displayed

Hello.  
I’m using gravity form elite version with GF eCommerce addon.  
I was using the tax field well, but one day suddenly an error occurred.  
If you activate GF eCommerce, the gravityform will not be displayed.  
If I disable GF eCommerce it shows again and works without a problem.  
The related plugins I am using are as follows.

Please give me some advice.

Hi Nabi,

It looks like you are using very outdated version of WordPress core (v5.9.3, released April 5, 2022) while the latest version is v6.4.3. Also you’re using PHP v7.3 which is also outdated and need at least v7.4 or greater.

Please update both WordPress Core and PHP version to resolve the issue. If you’re unable to do, get in touch your hosting support so they could do for you. Thank you
