# Hubspot Feed Error \[RESOLVED\]

Hi,

I have developed a website with a HubSpot account for testing purposes and everything was working correctly. When I switched to the final account the data is no longer synchronising.

When I check the feeds and try to update I get an error that it can’t be saved.

I have tried creating a new form, another feed but nothing works.

Gravity Forms and the HubSpot addon are up to date.

It’s exactly the same error as this one: [Hubspot Form Name Error [RESOLVED]](https://community.gravityforms.com/t/hubspot-form-name-error-resolved/13773)

But the snippet solution doesn’t work.
