# How can I set up my gravity form so that the user can set the date their completed form is sent

I want to set up a form that allows the user to set the date at which the form is sent to a second email address. Much like with google mail where you can choose the date to send the form. I want the form to go to the admin email within WP engine, BUT I want the user to be able to input a second email address and choose when the completed form is sent to THAT email. IS this possible?

That’s not possible in Gravity Forms, but it may be possible using Zapier. They have a way to delay a step, and can send an email on your behalf. I recommend taking a look at Zapier. Our Zapier add-on is available to Pro and Elite license holders:
