# How can I merge entries from one form to another?

Hi all,

I had a form live and working. I duplicated the form to do further development so I wan’t interfering with the live form. The 2nd form is now live and I want to delete the original. How can I move the entries to the new form, even if the new form has fields that the original doesn’t have? I’m sure I could do this with some manual database mods, but is there a plugin or easier way to do this?

There’s no provision in Gravity Forms to import entries or merge entries, especially when there are different fields in each form.

I recommend this plugin, which will allow you to map fields from the CSV to the individual fields in your live form:
