Gravity SMTP - Microsoft Integration Failing

I am trying to setup the Microsoft integration with Gravity SMTP v2.3.3 but I keep getting the error: Microsoft OAuth: Token exchange failed with HTTP status 404 and error: unknown.

I have checked my Azure app and the API permissions are set correctly and the signInAudience is set to AzureADMultipleOrgs in the manifest. Any help would be appreciated

Try disabling any security or redirection plugin you may be using on the site, then try connecting again.
