Gravity forms started throwing critical errors peventing site from loading properly

We’ve been using Gravity Forms at Lynn Community Television for years. I do not know under whose email the account was setup, so we have been unable to get support. I am not a professional web person, just someone with enough wordpress knowledge to be dangerous with it.

Last week, we started getting formatting issues on our website and a “critical error” notice where our Gravity Forms were supposed to be.

Our host, liquid web, helped us increase the php memory limit. Turns out, that was not the issue.

We are highly dependent on this and a paypal companion plug-in. However, we can not make the forms work on lynntv.org

We have no budget for us, as our funding has been severely cut.

We don’t know how to get into our gravity forms account, but whether or not that is necessary to fix the issue in the first place…? No idea.

I was on that page previously and I’m sorry, but it didn’t work for me.

We have a lifetime license. No idea what the key is, because it’s “dot dot dot dot…”

The form is working, I tested it earlier before replying. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies.

I am trying to submit through general questions, but it is stuck loading after I hit submit for some reason
