What’s happening

gravityapi.com  →  HTTP 502 Bad Gateway

Confirmed from three independent networks (my machine, your n8n box, the site’s own box, on both IPv4 and IPv6). www.gravityforms.com is fine — it’s specifically their API host, which brokers OAuth token refreshes.

The API did have an outage yesterday, and once restored, there was rate limiting in place for a time to ensure stability.
