# Forms not working on Wordpress site

The gravity consultation form for my business abruptly stopped sending leads in to my company. Potential clients were met with an error rather than getting through to our new patient coordinator. Via a support ticket, it was determined that the reCAPTCHA v3 response was missing from the submission, so the add-on was returning a general form validation error without any field-specific errors.

This is expected for bot submissions which don’t use JavaScript, but when it happens for normal submissions, it indicates something is preventing the reCAPTCHA v3 script running on form submission.

The page has JavaScript errors, which could be from a conflicting theme or plugin, or more likely caching/optimization by Hummingbird.

We recommend excluding pages that include forms from caching/optimization:
