# Form Submission problem

I have some gravity forms in a sidebar on my client’s website. Even though I have it set to redirect to a custom thank you page after completion, the sidebar refreshes and displays the entire website page within the sidebar. Instead of going to the actual thank you page.

Hi Mindy. That is not normal. I recommend first checking for theme and plugin conflicts on the site, using these steps: [https://docs.gravityforms.com/testing-for-a-themeplugin-conflict/](https://docs.gravityforms.com/testing-for-a-themeplugin-conflict/)

If you’re not able to find a conflict, I recommend opening a support ticket here [https://www.gravityforms.com/open-support-ticket/technical/](https://www.gravityforms.com/open-support-ticket/technical/) and include an export of your form. Here are the instructions for exporting a form:

And include a copy of your system status report too:
