# File uploads not working

Hi,

I have a form workign but it dones not seem to allow file uploads on Mobile. The HTML5 setting seems to be missing so cannot see if active.

Hi Glenn,

You can refer to the article below to begin troubleshooting the form. In summary, disable all third-party plugins and switch back to the “Twenty Twenty-Five” theme to see if the issue persists. If not, enable your plugins one by one to identify the cause.

The HTML5 setting was removed in version 2.8, released late 2023, when the form markup was updated to always use HTML5.
