# File upload to S3 isn't working

Hi and Happy Holidays!

I can’t get my file upload form to send photos to my S3 bucket. I know it’s working because I can use filezilla to test it, but the same info doesn’t seem to connect through Gravity. The files are going somewhere - they’re not showing up in Entries. But they’re not making it to my S3 bucket. Any guidance would be much appreciated.
