Hello everyone.

I have a question. I’ve installed Gravity Forms and SMTP on a website and now want to link the form to Microsoft. However, the Microsoft email address has a different URL ending than the website. Is there a way to use the address anyway? Thanks for your help! Marc

I am having the same issue. I have a .ca account that I signed up with, but I use a .com email, and I am getting “Warning! Using a third-party email in the From Email field may prevent your notification from being delivered. It is best to use an email with the same domain as your website.” How do I white-label the email?

Hi Sunlife,

Using a different email address usually works. My problem is that the email addresses are routed through Microsoft (Azure). To receive them at all, I need codes from Azure, which I can only get with the original email address.

I recommend opening a Gravity SMTP support ticket for your issue with the Default ‘from’ settings:
