# Drop down api + live copy field

Hi,  
I have 2 problems:

1. I want to get city names and streets from a gov api and add it to my city and streets field, can someone help me do it? Where do i put this code?
2. I want to show on the same form but on another page the choices that the user did on previews field, is that possible?  
I tried few things but didnt succeed.

Hi Anna,

Assuming the API returns JSON, this sounds like a good fit for [GP Populate Anything](https://gravitywiz.com/documentation/gravity-forms-populate-anything/) and the following snippet.

You’ll have to make some changes to the snippet to make it compatible with your particular API, but if you have a Pro Gravity Perks license, we’ll be happy to help.

For previewing the results, Populate Anything’s [Live Merge Tags](https://gravitywiz.com/documentation/gravity-forms-populate-anything/#live-merge-tags) make this easy. Simply add an HTML field the form, and insert your merge tag like this: `@{all_fields}`
