# Content Sliders Embedded in Form?

I’m developing an assessment form ([see testing example here](https://virtualleadershipprograms.com/test/)). There are two extremes and the user needs to choose where they fall on the spectrum. I want to the user many examples of each extreme, that they can click through like slides or a carousel.

If you view the test link above, you can see where I have numbered lists under each side of the sample field.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how best to achieve this?
