# Contact us form producing an error

Our new member form is working fine but out contact us form gives us this error.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:  
WordPress version 6.4.2  
Active theme: Hello Elementor (version 3.0.0)  
Current plugin: Gravity Forms (version 2.8.1)  
PHP version 8.2.14

Any thoughts? I’m a little new at this and trying but getting no where.
