# Checkboxes not working at all

I just started with Gravity Forms. The Checkboxes function does not work at all. When I drag the icon to the left no menu is created. It leaves a blank shadow on the screen and then everything locks, up, can’t drag any icons over and I have to reload.

It’s possible that another plugin or theme is interfering with Gravity Forms functionality. Here’s how you can test this:
- Temporarily deactivate all other plugins except Gravity Forms.
- Switch to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Twenty-Three.
- Test whether the Checkbox field works as expected.
If the issue resolves, reactivate your plugins and theme one at a time, testing after each activation to identify the conflicting element.

Hello-
I have tried another Them like Twenty Twenty-Three and that does not resolve.
If I use one of the templates as they are, it works but I can’t get any of the icons to work. It’s not just Checkboxes, none of the functions work.
I also tried the “safe mode” option designed to minimize conflicts and no change.
I can try and deactivate the plugins but I need these plugins.
Any suggestions?

I have tried this guidance and the problem persists. If I use one of the templates as they are, that works. I can’t use any of the available icon functions. They all don’t work. Has this problem ever been reported for Impreza theme or any theme?
