# Checkboxes not displaying or functioning correctly

The checkboxes on my form are not displaying or functioning like they should. They have a white rectangular box above each option. It works fine in preview mode, so I’m trying to figure out if it’s a css conflict or something else. Here is the link: [Win a YETI Cooler! ​​If the form is working using the Preview that confirms that there’s not any issue with the form itself or in Gravity Forms, something else in your site’s front-end is creating the issue.

That said, I tried your form now with Firefox, Chrome and MS Edge and the checkboxes field looks fine and works for me. If you’re still able to replicate the issue, I would recommend you to perform a full [conflict test](https://docs.gravityforms.com/conflict-testing-using-health-check-plugin/).
