# Checkbox grid - is this possible?

I swear I thought this was possible, but now I can’t figure it out. I’m trying to create a checkbox grid like this:

I thought it was an option inside the Survey - Likert Scale thing, but no luck. Is this possible??

Gravity Forms doesn’t provide any field type with that layout and functionality. I’m not aware of any add-on for it either.

Using built-in features the only workaround available would be to use a new checkboxes field for each row, and CSS ready classes: [Modifying Field Layout with CSS Ready Classes - Gravity Forms](https://docs.gravityforms.com/css-ready-classes/#h-list-classes)
