# Can we change the confirmation if the person filling it out was flagged as spam?

I just went through hundreds of registration form entries marking people as not spam because Akismet thought they were. People reported that they just couldn’t get through and didn’t know what was going on so they gave up. I would like to include a confirmation for these people saying to contact me directly if they are running into that problem. The confirmation php hook does not work with spam entries as far as I can tell. Please let me know. Thanks.

Did you try the gform\_confirmation hook (examples included):

You might also try the Akismet Add-On if you’re not using it already. It offers a little more control of the Akismet integration:
