Can a list have a toggleable option?

Hello all,

I have a form where event attendees enter the ages of the children attending - it would help a LOT to be able to have a toggleable option for each entry for whether they are/are not a student at the school where the event is hosted. Currently it’s set up as a List, with infinite replies possible (we’re looking at upwards of a hundred families per form). Is there some way of doing this (probably with deeper coding)?

Current Set Up:
child 1

I know that I COULD Have loads and loads of columns, but that looks deeply unwieldy. I suppose if there was just a way to toggle the column widths for the input boxes that would be tolerable.

If this has been answered and I just failed to find it, my bad.

Not a direct answer for your question, but a separate alternative you may want to look at is either Gravity Flow’s parent/child forms extension or Gravity Wiz Nested Forms. Both provide you with an excellent way to setup sub-forms to address the 'loads of columns being unwieldly" issue and control for volume of entries.
