# Bug? | Incorrect use of \<label for=FORM\_ELEMENT\>

Good Day,

Just now, we discovered the following Developer Consoler Error and Message related to Gravity Forms:

`Incorrect use of <label for=FORM_ELEMENT>`

and

`No label associated with a form field`

Any idea what’s triggering this? Solution(s)?

We are using Gravity Forms Version 2.7.8.

**Update:**

We found the root cause of this issue.

Specifically, the issue is being caused by Gravity Forms’ Advanced Field, **CAPTCHA**.

To prevent confusion, we are opening a [new topic](https://community.gravityforms.com/t/required-rule-is-missing-accessibility-errors-gf-advanced-field-captcha/15392) to address our findings and to request a solution.
