# Authorize.net Error 13

Form is displaying “Error 13: The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive” sometimes for a user on a form but other users are able to process payment without issue through the same form. Wondering if this is a caching issue on the user side since the website was recently transitioned to a new site and the key had to be updated.
