400 users using a single properly configured form(s)

I have a site that will have 400 users + or - a few. Each user requires the following forms, newsletter, contact, advanced contacts, volunteer, comments, membership and 3 or 4 others as we build momentum. The forms are already setup to create mailing lists for each user and the data is being automatically entered into a CRM. I know there is a relatively simple way to, rather than create a new form for each user, to reuse a single form of each description for everybody and keep their data separate but my brain has gone numb and I suddenly feel like I’m swimming. A little nudge in the right direction will be a great help
