# 2 jobs with gravity form

Hello,

i have 2 jobs to do with gravity form :

The first one, it’s to do exactly the same form that this one : [https://www.pacte-energie-solidarite.fr/inscription-premium](https://www.pacte-energie-solidarite.fr/inscription-premium)  
Design and forms.

The second one, it’s to design my form here : combles.miko.772424.hosting/  
I have a sketch file but i can’t upload it here so this is a little video.

Can you apply exactly the same design. (Lot of css)

Can you estimate something ?
